SAFETY, SELF-HONESTY, RELEASING THE URGE TO PRETEND
We will work on creating a psychological inner atmosphere in which you feel safe to be honest and vulnerable in front of yourself, so that you can connect with the deeper feeling within you.
SELF COMPASSION, SENSITIVITY, GENTLENESS
You will be guided to connect with the parts of that are in hiding, because they feel too sensitive.
The focus of the practice is to uncover the parts within you which are locked down by self-judgement and emotionally tense, and create the environment for them to soften. The other side of this process is a reconnection with your longings and desires.
SELF-KNOWLEDGE, POWER AND BOUNDARIES
The work we'll do here is about getting out of the self-sabotaging attitude of denial and strengthen the ability to face and accept the reality as it is. This will allow you to get a grasp on your personal power and lower the anxious feelings of being out of control.
INNER SUPPORT, NURTURE THE SENSE OF SELF-WORTH, SELF-RESPECT
FACE THE PAST AND THE CORE WOUNDS
At this stage in the course, we will do the deepest dive. Our inner workouts up until this point will have strengthened the muscles of love, wisdom and power within you and we you will now use them to embrace and support the parts of your personal history that you used to instinctively run away from.
We will approach this from multiple angles, which will help you see how you were parented and what you missed and where that still shows up in your life. This is a turning point on the journey, at which you learn you what it means to mother yourself and move through life from a deeper place of emotional maturity.
The SensualSelf Journey is done within your body in a way that helps you gently and carefully access your unconscious, the Shadow.
All the practices guide you deeper into your body, and each new practice acts like a gate into a deeper part of yourself.
The whole process is like getting "deeper into the cave", further from the surface and superficiality, further from the "danger" on the outside (fear of judgement and rejection) and deeper into your inner sanctuary.
That is where you can truly learn your own secrets, hear your own story and change the way you act towards yourself and in the world
